then mr loh was like, ok, i want a competitive shuttle run. so i tot, ok, shuttle run, ok, i wont think it as easy as nafa, but prob not that hard.
i was deeply wrong
So he said, 4x30m for shuttle. then like, 10 mins later, when starting, i was thinking, oh, 30m...omg u know. nafa had a friggin 10 m or somthing. so ok, 30m whatever.
So it started, and mr loh changed it to 2 mins of nonstop, then iw as, WTF. so i ran, thne back forth, u know, its like u run there, touch the guy, he run back, touch another guy and so on. and this, is mad, i cant slow cos later they blame me, they loh threatened the slowest team do 30 pushup, however, it was arldy obvious our team lose -.- its mad, after 2 or 3, i was like dying arldy, then i still canot slow down , wtf. its mad la. so after the thing, i was like dying, then, another set, nice one. Then that one, after 2 times i was like hands on kness. another 2 mins omg.
U know, after the shuttle, i was arldy burned. Burned out.
And loh said, jumpers hurlders go jump hurdles, Long D do diff training, yes what? 400 X 8 no no omg, no. not 400. i was arldy burned. Since, im Mid D, i was considered Long D for mr loh. Well, junkai had to run too o.o, hes short d.
