Today went for training, even tho i slept at around 4 30 am o.o
Its morning training, reach school by 8 30. so i slept like 2-3 hrs -.-
Thurs we did hell lots of workouts, well, im lazy to say anything abt it. Only thing is that the 3 imba enthu s3 dint go and Hanyu dint go. Then stupid pharq face sec 1 go vomit on the floor for everyone to step and say " fck u bitch" to margeret -.- Lucky not in her face, or he die. No, hes a loser, all i want to do is maybe slam his head against the wall till i hear cracking. A serious pharq face, no joke.
Ok, today.
Warm up 5 rnds. well, at least i try to keep up now o.- sometimes la, i will try to keep up.
Its stil hard tho, Fat, Unfit and late nights. no i dont care abt late nights.
After that, Loh told us to do 3k, zzz, and short d bla bla bla only 1k

So the sht training turned out to be 3 2 1 1. if u dont know what that means, it means, 3k 2k 1k 1k intervals.
Well, i dint go for the 2k, Loh dint ask me to.
Then we were like doing drills, dam slack.
And OMG LA. The sports school guy who came. wtf, its NASRUL Imba! Hes the one who ran with me in Nats jr, i got 2nd he got 3rd. He had a 57s that time.
In Nats, we both same thing, kick out at 2nd heats. he did around 58 well i did 58 in first heats. Hes coming our school! Lol lol. But now his timing is 55s zzzzzzzzzzzz
and what, after we finisht the drills, Loh ask me follow them for 1k. They were like saying, " omg i cant run anymore"
Er, Cheenar man, Zac, Kartik, Han yu and Haoke, i duuno how to spell the name, some small pri Mud boy. Hes good, muds nowadays are getting talented. No offence to the Mohameds.

Yes, instead of 2 half rounds, loh tells us to do 3 rounds, so it shld be 1.2 instead.
They are arldy burned after the 2k, i can feel it too, even tho i did like 5 times less- Slower, Lesser.
And i feel the burn too, theirs must be like dam bad.

And the fking 3k, first round also, he fking idiot, go push me out of lane. I mean i dont even want to push back, as in pushing, u know, not physical, but when ppl run too near to u its consideration to move aside, thats pushing.
Hes like pushing me, and i faster back off, i dont want to even touch his skin, the knowledge of him beside me makes me sick. So i go pushed behind him, and was like, fking sick ass. Then i over took the whole group of stupid sec 1 he running with. Im not sayin chin hui all those.
Chin hui, zac, Jing long, vanzino Darren all those seems to be the only good ones.
The rest, 4-5 of the sec 1, are loser fk tards that looks to belong in andrews circle of friends, skinny small, bowl cuts, with imbaly huge specs and noobs in running. im not particularly negative abt them, i just dont like that pharq face.
